Sojourners' Place in Wilmington is a transitional shelter that seeks to assist homeless women and men on their journey to self-sufficiency through a case-managed, residential program.  During the month of November, Grace Church United Methodist helps to donate everyday items that mean so much to the residents in this worthwhile ministry.
