Tuition
Grace Church Preschool & Kindergarten is nonprofit and self-supporting. While our school receives some services as a result of its position as a community outreach program of Grace United Methodist Church, the school is largely financed by tuition.
Tuition payments are due on the first day of each month for nine months.
The first payment is due May 1. The second is due September 1. The last is due April 1. The first payment for kindergarten is due Feb. 1, with the remaining payments due May 1, Sept. 1, Oct. 1, Nov. 1, Dec. 1, Jan. 1, Feb. 1 and March 1.
There is a $25 charge for payments received after the fifth of the month.
Monthly Tuition rates for the 2011-2012 school year are:
Childhood - $190/month for two days, $285 for three days, $475 for five days
Preschool I - $235/month for three days, $325/month for five days
Preschool II - $325/month
Pre-kindergarten - $325/month
Tuition discounts and financial aid
A 20% discount on tuition is offered to members of Grace United Methodist Church.
A limited amount of financial aid is available to families who otherwise cannot afford tuition.
Breakfast Buddies fee
Students can start their school day an hour earlier, at 8 a.m., by registering for the optional Breakfast Buddies program. The fee for this program for the 2010-11 school year is $8 a day when registering on a monthly basis or $10 a day if your child drops in with one week's notice. Fees for the 2011-12 school year, when the program wil start at 7:30 a.m., will be posted soon.
Lunch Bunch fee
Students can extend their school day to 1 p.m., by registering for the optional Lunch Bunch program. The fee for this program during the 2011-12 school year varies depending on how many days a child attends:
$190 for one day for the entire school year
$380 for two days for the entire school year
$570 for three days for the entire school year
$760 for four days for the entire school year
$950 for five days for the entire school year
Students may also drop in for this program, with at least one day's notice, for $10 a day.
Stay & Play fee
Students can extend their school day from 1-2 p.m., by registering for the optional Stay&Play program. The fee for this program for the 2010-11 school year is $8 a day when registering on a monthly basis or $10 a day if your child drops in with one week's notice. Fees for the 2011-12 school year, when the program wil run from 1-5:30 p.m., will be posted soon.
